Goblin

Goblins are a small, vicious race of nomads that wander the plains and badlands of Illunis. They fight constantly, but they reproduce so quickly they seem to have endless numbers. Physically, goblins are really only matched with gnomes. But their numbers and clever tactics more than make up for their small stature.

And if their savage temperament were not enough to earn them the hatred they seem to enjoy so much, their spiritual lives have inspired disgust in more than a few mighty warriors among the humans or dwarves, or even orcs. For goblins are involved with spirits (some say demons) that grant them marvelous powers. But these powers are traded for a heavy price. Goblins trade physical parts of themselves in exchange for these powers. Goblins have been witnessed with monstrous arms or legs in place of their own appendages. One story tells of a blindfolded goblin who traded both his eyes for some kind of spiritual sight. Whatever the source of these powers, when wielded by goblins the results can be devastating.
